I understand.
Don't give up on people, though. How about limiting on those you can keep up with and establish a fruitful connection to?

I do understand you. Very much.

LOl. Whay you say about turning religious counts for me as well. I never thought of me being a religious person and yet, the older I get, I think that I was wrong about myself. But not to the point regretting anything.

Tiredness: yes. Time to rest. Time to feast on life.

Take good care of you and stay tuned to your many projects which seem to give you a lot.

Here the Watts-article though I think you already know everything I wrote:)

Thoroughly enjoyed your extolling piece on Watts. As far as I am concerned, drunk or not, he was enlightened enough. Especially by being one of the people (flawed) his words can work on still, I find. His biography just arrived a few weeks ago, and I am saving it up for when I really get fed up with people! Interestingly, we were working on Watts at the same time (my pieces 2 months ago were inspired by 30 mins of listening to Out of My Mind every morning at 5 am. I felt strong in my sukhasana pose then. But things are shifting fast. I find it fascinating that you just slipped in before my shutter had to come down.... I cannot do this Steem-project alone.

:-) I am thinking every week about closing my blog.
It goes up and down and starts anew. It takes a lot of energy and after posting my monstrous articles and answering so many comments I feel today really exhausted. So I will again take a break when comments from the newest article are fading out. From what I see the fading out has already begun when I compare it to my beginners time. In the meantime, I am "collecting" valuable encounters and will hopefully stay in touch with those people who make it into my personal life resp. I would like to stay connected when the Steemit might crash.

I think it is impossible to make more friends online than in real life. Already, an exchange happens and I don't want it to take over.

Do you have links to your Watts related posts?
Yes, funny that the two of us met. But I guess there are many many more who think and feel the same. Only hard to find.

So I missed reading your article today again - but I will, I promise.

The energy waste here is a travesty! We're nuts to be at this fairground. Eventhough I have very little to lose (I have come out of a relative isolation with no other social life owing to the care my son has needed in the past 19 years) there are people here I shouldn't be bumping into. Their energy is sticky and it clings to you throughout the day any you take it to bed with you. Speaking for my hyper-sensitive self. This is interesting to discover (once again - I experimented last on internet in 2004): how the electronic parallell world is very real but very disturbing, on an energetic basis. (Talk about maras....).

All my posts in Jan/Feb were inspired by Watts as I described but unlike you I only mentioned him in passing a few times without going too deep into him, figuring either he'd appeal to the wrong type of New Agey (and not be properly appreciated as the theologist he used to be) or he'd be called a New Agey himself by the sceptics, or he'd be called a fraud by the new vague of mindfulness afficcionados. I may choose to be all over the place but I can sense perfectly well that the reception out here is banal. (2 seconds per post).

I remain exhausted, but thanks to you I can also feel a new shift taking place and a new-found courage to sit the last months out in a way that is tolerable for myself (thank God for my deadline of 31 May!)
