Thanks a lot @janton! Awesome, I'm looking forward to those posts from you! I have a diary entry from my great grandma about meeting the natives on her farm. I'll have to dig it out. I will also add that we were Catholics in a Protestant community and we're always reminded of that so maybe that didn't help either. Lol but like I said I loved living there was a great place to grow up I just knew I wouldn't stay! Have a great and relaxing Sunday!!

That would be something to hear about, your great grandmother meeting Indians on her farm! wow. Well the tribes up there weren't that bad to meet, not like the Apache and Comanche's down here. bloodthirsty, loved to torture people to death over many days, etc. into slavery and demonic stuff.

Yeah by us were Ojibwe, Cherokee, and Oneida. There was one Indian war in Wisconsin in the 1840s ”The Blackhawk War” interesting topic that's for sure!
