It takes 1 hour once a week to move. That includes taking the accessories out of the coop, taking the circus tent down, moving the pen and putting it all back together again. If you are asking about first set-up and last take down, that's different. First set-up can take up to 4 hours, because we have to put the circus tent together, collect all the materials, often repair things (again), and we are out of practice from the year before. Last take down can be quick or many hours depending on how much damage I have to fix. I don't like to put it away unless it's completely ready to use in the spring.
