We all love possessing a smartphone as it helps us in numerous ways. We can’t imagine ourselves living without one. The technology has hooked us to it, so as long as we have it we feel comfortable and safe. There are many benefits having a cell phone with us every time, but it does have adverse effects like a double-edged sword. 

Many researchers have been warning us to utilize the devise only whenever we really needed, but we use it even if we don’t need it because we are pretty much depended on it in every single task. I would like to mention some of the negative consequences you have to face, if you use more of it. Many health organisations such as American cancer society and national institute of environmental health sciences proclaims that the increased usage of cell phones may cause adverse effects to the health in a ways such as brain cancer. But they assert the further research needs to be done to assuredly state this statement.

Adults can make sure that they use less time on phones. However, considering kids do not know how much time they have to look at the screen, I think its entirely parents and teachers responsibility to check the children attitude towards using cell phone. Many parents these days allow their kids to watch rhymes or songs on youtube for hours in order to get some time for themselves. I can understand the situation like these days both mother and father work rigorously at office, therefore, no time for kids on weekdays. 

Allowing children to use cell phone cause many problems, one of which is the kid vulnerable to cyberbullying. Yes, a part from all negative effects on health issues that may cause due to utilizing a cell phone, children, who possess cell phone, are more vulnerable to being attacked by the cyberbullies.

It is nothing wrong to use cell phone, but a limited usage regardless of age is mandatory. Some solutions could help you to avoid major problems, such as using cell phone an inch apart from your body during a call or using the speaker and hands-free things. If possible, try to avoid phones when the battery is low, as we know radiations play major role to destroy our health when phones have low battery. Moreover, there will be more radiation when you are in a crowd, so try to avoid in public places.  And last thing to say is checking your kid persistently would him to not being attacked by any cyberbullies.
