Some do not really understand the meaning of making a positive impact to their environment because we can not get what we do not give. If you give love, you get love.

We can not really tell. so, however, I just decided to live the best way I can. stay happy and air my mind whenever I get hurt.  

About Meditation, I have never tried it but sounds very interesting hearing that from you. 
Is there any way I could get reference on how to meditate especially  @karensuestudios kind of meditation ?
