En la isla no se hace nada que se pueda exportar amigo por las malas políticas del gobierno, ya que aquí hay minas de bauxitas, y pescados . Hay embarcaciones pequeñas que exportan pescados , pulpos a Martinica , Aruba, Curazao y otras islas .

La mayoría de esas frutas, hortalizas, legumbres, tomates, papá la producen en otros estados. Aquí es una isla y tiene sus partes agrícolas pero el problema es la falta de agua, insecticidas, fungicidas y fertilizantes que no se consiguen amigo.
