I fucking love this post.


I just broke my fourth & fifth metacarpals of my dominant hand 5 weeks ago. Was a bad break, a little out of alignment. Drs recommended surgery & repeatedly offered me toxic pain pills without me ever complaining of pain. 



Told them no, the risks of anesthesia (of which there are many hidden from patients) & the risks of antibiotics (kills good microbiology as well, perhaps permanently) the risks of narcotics are all too great. Not to mention having wires inside of your bone & sticking out of your skin for 6 weeks. Ever seen a bone infection? 


So 5 weeks later, no surgery, heavy cannabis use (lots of cbd) & my hand is almost fully functional. Still not fully torquing on it, but today I went to yoga & was able to put a good amount of weight on it in different positions. Some pain, but that is diagnostic information for me to aid in the healing process. 


Have been doing a lot of visualization of my own anatomy & how the bone fractals itself back together based on positioning & what you do with it. 


Cannabis has felt like a huge aid in my healing process. I have been dosing heavily & getting plenty of sleep. Diet plays a huge role in the healing process as well. The cleaner the food you eat, the more processing power your immune system can devote to bone healing. 



I also added a little more calcium to my diet at first & have been taking collagen protein & turmeric cannabis tea daily. 



Zero pills ingested, despite the drug pushers (Drs) trying to push pain pills & chemical anti inflammatories both of which, I believe are toxic.
