One Year Anniversary on Steemit + 10 Steem Giveaway

Hurray! Today marks exactly one year since I joined Steemit. I was introduced to Steemit by @amiable9ke who is a very good friend. And I can boldly say that so far my experience here had, to say the least, been awe-inspiring and splendid and everything good you can imagine.

About this time last year, Steem was trading at $1.97 until the price peaked at $7.9 a few weeks later. Well, all that is now history. At any rate, I bought about $1000 worth of Steem when the price had declined to $3.5. Today, the price sits at $0.22 but I've largely had nothing to worry about. This is because I am a staunch believer in the Steem blockchain.

Looking back, I've got every reason to be optimistic that there are better days ahead for Steemit and the Steem blockchain.

In the past 365 days, a number of Steemians has made my stay on Steemit worthwhile and memorable. And it is only fair that I acknowledge these amazing Steemians whose peerless support has coloured my stay here.

Specifically, I am grateful to my mentors @majes.tytyty and @brotherdave whose magnanimity has helped me to navigate Steemit with less stress. Also, I am grateful to the numerous friends I've made here. Friends like @clausewitz, @julietisrael, @prechyrukky, @bookoons, @momogrow, @akdx, @tryskele, @coolguy. etc. Your blogs and companionship have inspired me greatly. See you all at the top.

As a way of celebrating my one year anniversary on here, I'll be giving away 1 Steem each to the first 10 Steemians to comment on this post. Once again, thanks to everyone reading this. The only message I have on this special occasion is that you all should be strong. Steem may be down today but it will surely rise tomorrow. Until then, I wish you all a full Steem ahead.

I believe steem and Crypto's will rise someday 
Eventhough many are giving up on steemit I decided not to because steemit have given me lots of benefits
