Yes! I agree with @cristi. Keto isn’t about losing weight. I made the change last month for the mental clarity (and other benefits) and am more inspired by it the more I learn. I get the *but you don’t need to lose weight* comment as people eye me up and down. They’re right and I’m not doing it for that.

You’re most of the way there already! As I read up on keto I see how much of it was touching my Loren for the last 3 years. I guess I wasn’t ready to see it now. I think you’re in the same boat.

Do you know the reason for intermittent fasting? It is to help fat adaption. It works best if you fuel off of fat instead of sugar/glucose/carbs.

You can go LCHF (low carb high fat) without ketosis but why not go all the way?
