This is a very informative post. I am glad you touch on the different types of meetings out there. While I personally don't use meetings, I can attest to meetings working as I used them years ago and remained sober until a slip up. **For anyone struggling, this is a great avenue to take**. Especially to surround yourself with like minded individuals. This time around I just threw my trust into Jesus. Sure, there are still rough days but I know meetings are always there should I ever decide I need them.

I am the resident manager at a Christian transitional house and we go to Celebrate Recovery and Steps to Freedom as well as traditional meetings. Out of 16 guys our average clean time is 9 months...something is working!! Thank you for your support!! God Bless!!
