Hello！各位steemit的朋友们，大家好！今天我们一起去品尝一下地道的广东茶楼尝一尝早午茶吧。广东茶市的供应时间一般是从早上8点到下午2点半。喝个早午茶是广东人的传统也是习惯，这家店的生意一直火爆，尤其到了节假日，如果来的稍晚点，会碰到大厅全是一片黑压压的人头，大家契而不舍的一等再等。选择这家茶楼大概是因为新装修的环境好，点心味道更好而且价格又宜人。

这家酒楼的装潢，大气经典，面积宽敞，走进去给人很舒心的感觉。

雪山包是这里的招聘点心，里面是芋头泥的陷，像是改良过的人菠萝包。同样特色的还有蒜蓉陈村粉，海南椰汁糕，小笼包拼百合饺，脆皮马蹄糕，韭菜汤猪红，皮蛋瘦肉粥。

每一道点心都有着自己独特的风味，是不可替换的也是独一无二的，白色雪山包形状真的似雪山，外面是酥皮的，趁热吃很香很糯，里面的陷是把芋头打成泥做的，吃起来口感是浓浓的芋头原味；人们都说“食在广东”是有道理的，总感觉广东人做美食很讲究食材的新鲜并尽量保留原来的口味正所谓原汁原味。

我最喜欢的就是马蹄糕，每次都会叫上好几份，刚端上来的马蹄糕热热的，用小芝麻围起来的四方块，中间看起来就像果冻一样，闻起来很香，吃起来还能尝到一块一块的小马蹄。

韭菜汤猪红是很传统的粤菜里面的小吃，吃什么补什么，猪红是用来补血的，做的很嫩，这道小吃在20多年前的深圳，就只有一两家能吃到，几乎每周都会想念它。猪红看上去很有质感，有时候会去研究这是怎么可以把猪的血冻成这个形状，做成的形状像豆腐，但是吃起来要比豆腐劲道，有一股特殊的鲜味。

白色的椰汁糕有着很醇厚的椰香，厨师真的很用心在做这些电心，每一道成上来的形状和吃起来的感觉都不一样。陈村粉只是产在陈村这个地方，特别有名，它和一般的河粉和肠粉都不一样，感觉它是在制作的过程中，用了魔术，吃起来比河粉和肠粉都要有韧劲，加上芝麻就变得很香，感觉怎么吃都吃不够。
