So, Coinbase seem to be struggling and under pressure. I waited three weeks for them to deal with my query and complete a bitcoin transfer. If you are trying to get a response, the only thing that seems to work (for me, at least) is a tweet! I hate to bring my personal affairs to twitter, but private emails and direct twitter messages had no response. But once I tweeted them, I got an email within 2 days with an update. The actual task hasn't been completed, but at least I know they are working on it! So, if all else fails, TWEET! :)
