While looking through my Communities feed on beta steemit, I discovered that I'm some communities I saw "GUEST" even when I have subscribed, what could be happening?

Besides, does posting to a community accrue the community any benefit?

No benefit right now other than activity as in the screenshots above. There are some ranks that can be given out to subscribers but we haven't started using them yet.
