@aggroed I see what you mean… This is not the point of my message. 

I think *News Community Builders* should be supported by the *old* ones. From my experience on the platform, this is not what's happening. 

So... If you want us to build communities because its *important*,  I think we have all to pay attention on those people: **Onboarding Community builders**. What do you think of the idea ? 

Taking care of the people who create from the ground up and take cares of the community. Supporting each others with advices, emotional support (you might not believe me, but emotional support it's important doing this job), and friendship.

Also, can you define *later*  about the reward ? Because, I don't understand what do you mean by it, at least I must say that this seems to be quite subjective.

Let me give you a small example... 

Yesterday the *Marrocan Community builder* contacted me. We had a long vocal chat. He told me he doesn't speak well english. Not enough to understand the Steem Concepts. Hopefully... My *239 articles* (french videos + posts ... 99% of high quality content about how does Steem works) I have published in 5 last months in french are helping him...... To re write the same articles in french and arabic ! (By the way, I offer him to take my french posts and just translate them in arabic. At least he will not make any mistake in french or in the concepts. He loved the idea).

But at least, he is supported by *theses well known community builders*. 15 dollars on each article to rewrite what I have done for 4 dollars (but, is that the point ?) ... And not even better than what I did (one mistakes in each french word and mistakes in steem concepts). 

Theses *well known Communitiy Builders* are also supporting bad quality content and plagiarism. (I have multiple samples in my list, sure you have seen them too)

How is that possible ? Is that *Rewards comes later, after the good work*? 

This is **killing Steem**. And this is *why* a lot of good people are leaving. Sure Steem is not a quick win… more like a marathon actually but many left disgusted by the inequalities.

I tough *Quality Content is rewarded on Steem*. Is that true? What do you think about that ? 

Do you have any idea about why some people get support with (high) rewards from the start (with small quality content) and other not (even after months) ? Why this difference ? 

So...
