There's a whole world to Philosophy itself beyond mere moral-ethics, politics, science, religion, ..., something about language and then the artsy-fartsy ones that are hit and miss in trying to challenge our thinking. Think I covered them all - probably missed a few thousand other sub groups and new developing ones.<br>
Confirmation bias is, but standpoint epistemology and anecdotes inherently aren't bad nor good. It can only be bad if it doesn't conform to actual things (otherwise this puts empiricism into danger) or completely is divorced/void from a situation it stemmed from. Anywho, in your area (and let's be honest, workplace culture and the economy that keeps rebirthing it) it is entirely necessary as a means to escape from totally boiling up and going insane - and a pretty bad indicator of unnecessary stress or ill means for a workplace to vent it out more healthily.<br>
The latter option, albeit this has to do with continued emotional pains being inflicted upon me after I managed to scathe by emotional trauma - of which I will denote the infliction and the traumas are separable, but equally hurting. And with no way to change it at the time, it had made me feel like a snapped twig which slowly is nowadays reconstituting its original form.
