Yes, a dessert. Liquid palm sugar would definitely work - though that's not something I see here in the US. I expect I could find it in an Asian supermarket if I looked (I've seen palm sugar cakes there.) I would also try honey.

Honey.. that's interesting😉 natural sweetener but not sugarcane juice😆. Peach is something rare and expensive here but I know fruits that have taste and texture like peach. Pineapple cobbler.. sound thrilling to me 😊 thanks for your recipe.
