Well, if no ones told you then consider yourself told now :) The gluten free breads are tough. I’ve been playing around with them a bit and it all depends on the flour. I think your best bet is probably mixing your own over store bought. Substituting things like lentils, potatoes, or gluten free oats has proved to make some yummy breads/tortillas. 🤷🏼♀️
