Really cannot predict market movements based on blockchain transactions or power downs only. There is over 8 million liquid steem sitting on exchanges that could crash the price. Equally there are thousands of BTC on the exchanges that could be used to pump it. Always worth looking for an edge, however I don't daily power down amounts will have much of a bearing at these prices.
