The Streemian trail allows you to automatically upvote the posts I upvote which are primarily the posts I share in the Ramble. You would receive curation rewards for them. 

I do recommend that if you join that you don't include automatically upvoting comments. I tend to think upvotes on comments should be selective and that needs to be done manually.
