Only time will tell if this is the best decision. For the moment, I can only congratulate the Steemit Team for incorporating options to improve curation, for the benefit of all.

Certainly, curation criteria must go beyond interpersonal relationships and definitely, formality must be impressed upon it. I say this as a general observation, without intending to elaborate any criticism.

I have more than 20 years of experience in the areas of reading and writing in English and Spanish in my professional career and this can be seen in my Steemit Blog (since January 2018). This includes fiction, poetry, essays, movie reviews, creative writing, children’s lit, translation, and rhetoric, among others.

I have the tools to lead a team or to be part of it. I have extensive knowledge about plagiarism and I am quite familiar with posting, reporting and also the forms of politeness within the platform.

I’m a team worker and a honest human being. Love to work with honest, committed and responsible people. From me, you can always expect professionalism, cordiality and respect. 

I am, happily, a current moderator for SteemFoods and would love to get back in touch with Steemit's literary culture, on par with the culinary culture. There is a lot of talent on Steemit and I would love to contribute to its nurturing.
