Nun erstmal ein ganz herzliches "Hallo in die Runde"!

Mei, was ist das ein schönes Gefühl, wieder hier zu sein - mit "hier" meine ich nicht nur daheim, sondern vor allem auch HIER mit euch auf Steemit... 

Die ersten 10 Tage unserer Mutter-Kinder-Kur waren ein voller Erfolg - und Bad Bertrich kann ich nur jedem ans Herz legen - dann kam die Erkältungswelle und wir sind am Freitag verfrüht abgereist. 

Nach einigem strategischen Gedankenaustausch mit der lieben @physalis habe ich heute etwas Litecoin in Steem investiert - die an @meluni delegierten SP sollen dort erstmal noch bei ihr bleiben - um hier heute Abend nicht ganz ohne Wechselgeld dazustehen - aber ich hatte meine Rechnung ohne den hiesigen Wirt gemacht :-) Ein ganz großes Danke an dich, lieber Werner @double-u, dass ich heute hier mit ordentlich Wechselgeld durch die Tische ziehen kann und das ein oder andere Freibier möglich wird!!

Liebe @jkiw schön dass Du hier bist. Hatte bezüglich Investitionen und so auch nur meine Gedanken geschrieben, d.h. sie sind natürlich nicht absolut und schon gar nicht allwissend. Wie ich sehe hast Du für Dich eine Entscheidung getroffen und so wie es ist ist es okay, weil es DEINE Entscheidung ist. Ist mir immer ganz wichtig niemanden diesbezüglich zu beeinflussen oder zu manipulieren!

Natürlich ging es mir nicht darum @meluni etwas NICHT zu gönnen, aber ich glaube dass wisst ihr beide - hoffentlich. Glaube @meluni passt sehr gut zu Dir bzw. in die Familie, alles bestens; gute Menschen finden meist zusammen :)

Sage Natahlie kennst Du Dich mit Finanzen und Märkte etwas aus, dann könnten wir mal ein Pläuschen halten?

habe ein gute "Gefühl" oder "Gespühr" für die Märkte... und habe viele Jahre in diesen "Märkten" gearbeitet... also kann ich dir ein Pläuschen anbieten *lach* - das ist aber inzwischen sehr alternativ angehaucht ;-) Sag mir wo wir sinnstiftend plauschen werden :-) Vielleicht ist es ja für den ein oder anderen auch ganz interessant unseren Gedankensträngen zu folgen....

Könnte man durchaus dann mal im Chat machen, müssten dann vielleicht mal einen Termin ausmachen. Lese momentan von einigen Experten die vor dem nächsten Crash warnen sich auf mehrere Szenarien vorzubereiten und eine umfangreiche Diversification vorzunehmen. 

Häufig geht die Empfehlung in die Richtung etwa:
25% Immobilien, 25% Aktien, 25% Gold und 25% Cash (z.B. USD, CHF, SGD). Nicht so viele Aktien in D und EU halten, die sollen bei einem Crash massiv betroffen sein und momentan einsteigen wäre einfach zu teuer. Die Empfehlung geht in die Richtung Aktien/Fonds weltweit zu streuen, seltsamerweise ist momentan Japan und Russland eine Empfehlung.

Was hältst Du von diesem Ansatz? Würdest Du die Aufteilung anders machen? Was Immobilien anbelangt, woher soll das Geld kommen, kann ich mir nicht leisten. Wenn man aber ein Haus oder eine Eigentumswohnung hat könnte man doch die 25% auf die anderen 3 Sparten aufteilen, was meinst Du? Oder geht es darum Immobilien außerhalb der EU zu besitzen, damit kann ich leider auch nicht dienen?

Ich habe jetzt mal kurz die Nase auf die Terrasse gesteckt bei Minus 9 Grad :-0 Da bist du aber super abgehärtet, wenn du bei diesen Temperaturen draußen sitzen kannst - hoffentlich gut eingepackt und mit einer heißen Tasse Tee versorgt. Aber die Stimmung unter dem klaren Sternenhimmel (so es den gibt)  ist vermutlich wunderschön. Und dazu der Laptop mit der Verbindung zu Steemians aus aller Welt - Herz, was willst du mehr ;-)
