Call it a tax and watch the drama hit the fan! lol. Nah, I think as we have this conversation we will just have to wait for the crash or the pump that helps distribute Steem. There isn't a fair way to get more steem in more hands. We will likely sit and spin for a while on the current distribution. Anyone, like myself who is frustrated with it can buy in.
