Voted for - No Voting no because authors still need to get something. I'm a lot more of a curator than an author, even running @hoist to help new and (subjectively)good authors. But making sure that new users see some rewards for posting is important to keeping them so 75/25 is a good split. Now that 15 min cooldown period for voting for a post I think we should remove.
