Voted for - No Giving people kickbacks for voting has always been a terrible idea. On the flipside, forcing people into the blogging ecosystem in order to retain their stake rewards has also always been a terrible idea, and that's becoming ever-more-obvious as blogging loses Steem market share to other activities. Both of those things should be removed.
