Toner is best used twice a day, during your morning and evening skincare routines. Here’s how to use it. 

Step 1: Wash Your Skin

Toner can (and should) be used on your face, neck, and even your décolletage. Start by using your favorite cleanser to remove any oil, dirt, or makeup from your skin. (Optional: dry your skin) 

Step 2: Choose the Best Facial Toner

Like most skincare products, there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all toner. There’s a toner for every skin ailment you want to treat. Choosing the right one will help nourish your skin and make it looks its absolute best. 

• Rosewater toners provide you with extra hydration
• Chamomile toners soothe irritated skin

Soak a cotton pad with toner, then gently swipe it over your entire face, neck, and décolletage.
