You need to start sending out letter to specialist doctors around the country to see who can help you, if anyone!

Otherwise you are just going to suffer in silence and continue to get worse. Only you know all of your medical history and how to explain what it feels like to the docs... Medicare isn't going to do shit in the meantime but keep dragging your appointments out as long as possible.
