Yeah, I'd love to tell you that you didn't miss much, but that would be a gigantic lie. Steemfest in Lisbon was such an awesome experience in many ways. For me personally because it was the first time I had ever even spend that much money on a conference, so it was a bit of a gamble, but I was pleasantly surprised. I did have the feeling that I had to go to it, and I was right. This Steemfest3 was not so new anymore, but it was amazing to see that some of the ideas of the last one had become reality this time. And of course, meeting some of the people from SF2 again was the best thing about it. The downside of that was that I was so busy catching up with everyone that I didn't meet as many new faces as I would have liked. 
Also, this year's good-bye was horrible for me, I was in bits! And felt like I was homesick for a couple of weeks after it. On the other hand, it's quite amazing that something like that is possible with an event with 300+ people that you only know online, or seen once the year before. That these people can feel so close. I doubt that this would be possible on other platforms like FakeBook...

Just like with SF2, I promised myself to make it to SF4 too, and I think there were rumours that it's not in Europe this time...so I am trying to prepare for that. Even if I have to sell a kidney or part of my liver, which I doubt anyone will want after last SF...😂 Had a lot to catch up on LOL.

And it's not a bad thing that you drift in things, it's just the way you are. I am like that too at times, but Steem always keeps me coming back.
