This was really great! I've never really tried emotional meditation like you described it, so maybe I will. Have you ever heard of the "Wheel of Awareness"? It's kind of like a meditation where you direct your focus to different things like your body, thoughts and relationships. I recently discovered it and think it's pretty great :)
