This is a typical modern gaming business model that work, allows for a win\/win and the hard working teams to make a living, while entertaining\/pleasing the majority of the masses. This model works great, but for those whom don't have the means, they are put at a significant disadvantage, often forcing them to leave the game not feeling fulfilled - this model is often referred to as a 'pay to win' game.<br><\/p><p><b>This game is not 'pay to win' game<\/b> it's going to take months to build (possibly years to perfect) hours of work from volunteers, people whom are asking for nothing in return - <b>The vision is to have a game where all players win and learn survival skills.<\/b> Players will be the main beneficiary of any contributions\/dividends from the community account being built to support the cause - this is taking the 'teach a person to fish' approach, i.e. like IBT traditional it is being designed to be a self sustaining game and eventually not have to rely on sponsorship or prizes by generous and kind hearted steemians or groups like @contestkings. <\/p><p>To this aim, I can only do this so much by personally contributing time, effort, delegations and liquid Steem..<b>we could really use a hand, even small contributions go a long way. <\/b><\/p><p>As IBT classic was run on Steemit, this game is exclusive for Steem holders and invite is intended to be by existing players (entry will be tokens, existing players are from the Steemit community and must provide the tokens which can be effectively mined in the game). <\/p><p>It's my hope there is still life and generosity left on Steemit to help build this exclusive community game. Please help and give a little Steem if you believe in what this game represents. <\/p><p>In a world full of copy cats, IBT aims to be an original and lead the way, even if you don't like the game, the ideas which IBT has brought to Steemit over the last 12 months has lead the way to vast array of games now appearing on Crypto. This further promotes existing Steem and Steemit reward mechanisms.\n\nThe first goal will be to build the base open world (Produce a Single Player Test Island) and engage a group of test players (exclusive to Steem community) to see if the concept is good and adds value. I suspect this may take a couple of months to reach a stage where I can invite testers to assist. \n\nI cannot put a $ amount to this, I am doing what I can to build and reserve Steem for the community account, any transfered extra liquid Steem extra by supporters of the community would be appreciated. I have been transparent in that after the game reaches a level of maturity\/value that the community likes the community account liquid SP be given back to those community members who contributed to the project as decided by myself as project leader. As everyone involved is a volunteer, no one expects payment - we are doing it for the love of Steem! ...However given we love Steem so much, getting extra Steem certainly helps to motivate :)\n\nTo measure success for this first step, the following artifacts must exist.\n1) A community account created and some startup liquid Steem and delegated SP- I will sponsor myself but also seek other sponsors (such as applying here). @wizardzap has been building and this will be part of this.\n2) Future SMT lite distribution system documented and 'entry tokens distributed' (pending official SMT being available.\n3) Discord chat group created\n4) Test users engaged and prepared to help\n5) Reasonably consistent updates on progress (weekly Steemit posts)\n6) Downloadable test environment built and available from website\n7) Volunteer\/Community test users able to download, play and provide feedback on environment and provide critical feedback to basic game play. \n8) Vast majority of feedback positive enough that the project should continue to the next phase.\n\nA reasonable optimistic date to complete this would be 8 week.","amount":67,"_id":"AtLQbDhZcdyTfZnkS"}],"rewards":[{"title":"Increase the Value of Steem - Price of Steem to rise","description":"By supporting community building, SMT use cases and Idea development.
