hi there. thanks for posting. i have a transaction id to the EOScrowdsale. i contributed on window 277/350. .my tokens are not showing up though i got as far as step 10 of Step 2: Claim EOS Tokens, and i get a message: insufficient funds. can you please advise me what to do? thanks
