@minnowbuilder is the program that gives votes to shareholders and then free votes to plankton until they turn into minnows. We have had helped build multiple minnows already and it's great seeing these people stay motivated with the extra boost. It's pennies, but it's recognition which I feel helps keep people motivated.

Side note, with the lower posting volume of many shareholders we are giving out votes equal to a full 10x what 1 self vote would be worth for the steem paid in per day. That is, if you gave 1 Steem the upvote is equal to a vote coming from a 10sp account. This isn't guaranteed to continue, but I don't see it changing anytime soon. 

Extra bonus is these accounts are all Owned SP. By not relying on any leases the accounts are constantly growing which means the vote values are growing also (in vests, maybe not dollars right now). Just an example the people who bought in the first round of MB2 paid 1 steem per share and the account is now worth 1.12 steem per share which is the current price. So upvotes in terms of vests have increased by 12% in just under 3 months time. 

Personally I think this growth rate is great and been very happy with what we have achieved.
