Se identifican siete principales causas del estrés, la cual es una enfermedad potencialmente mortal, en este post hablaré de las primeras cuatro de estas siete causas. 1. MOTIVOS LABORALES: Esto es debido a disgustos con compañeros, jefes o empleados, por exceso de tareas con las cuales no podremos cumplir y además por un punto que se ha vuelto muy común en los últimos tiempos en las empresas, hay menos personal de el que se necesita; esto fuerza a los empleados a funcionar por encima de sus capacidades.  2. PERSONAS TÓXICAS: Los lugares en los que pasamos el mayor de nuestro tiempo influye mucho en nuestra salud física y mental, pero en este caso, lo que nos atañe es que en nuestros trabajos, equipos o diferentes lugares a los que asistimos comúnmente encontramos personas que nos quitan energía y positividad; el mejor mecanismo para identificar estas personas es escuchar a nuestras sensaciones, si me siento aburrido, enojado, apenado, entre otros malos sentimientos, aléjese de esas personas en la medida de lo posible.  3. PENSAMIENTOS NEGATIVOS: El estrés puede ser causado por nosotros mismos con ciertos pensamientos que no son los mejores, como los pensamientos fatalistas, todo va a salir mal, no va a salir como lo estoy planeando entre otras frases en las cuales pensamos cuando tenemos una meta u objetivo, intente al máximo evitar este tipo de comentarios o pensamientos y tendrá una vida más sana y con más posibilidades de triunfar y alcanzar los logros que se ha propuesto.  4. AMORES Y DESAMORES: Está demostrado que el amor es una de las principales cosas que nos provoca felicidad, pero el amor que no se sabe llevar puede ser perjudicial para ambas personas de una relación (no necesariamente amorosa). El principal error de una relación es permitir alcanzar un punto de dependencia emocional, y más aun cuando se es una persona que no tiene un historial de buen autoestima. Sin embargo otra forma de el estrés causado por el amor, es el amor no correspondido, alguna personas que no están en una relación pero gustan de alguien el cual no les corresponde pueden acostumbrarse a sufrir y a perseguir a este alguien, con estas malas acciones lo que se hace es eliminar el bienestar y acumular progresivamente el estrés.
