Haha! No, it;s only 1 in the afternoon, and most people do eat much earlier than me. But I'm intermittent fasting at the moment. Breakfast between 12 & 2. Dinner between 7 & 9. Ish. Monday I teach my class in the morning, so my timing gets a bit off.

Forget to eat? Bahahahaha! Never going to happen. If I eat enough protein and fat, and few enough carbs, I can keep my blood sugar stable enough to fast for a few hours. But I'm a protein type and we never forget to eat. @sift666 will forget to eat though, if I'm away. Till he realises it's 11pm and he wants to go to bed but is too hungry.
