I didn't actually roast these.  My reference to roasting revolved around the Christmas song "The Christmas Song" by Nat King Cole.  Just trying to be hoiday ish.   Hope that helps?  **STEEM ON!**

Lol! I know the song. My husband does a twisted version where Jack Frost is roasting. 

Am wiped out from work, so I took this part - *2 cups shelled, roasted chestnuts (see this post for how to roast them)* - literally.  Going to nap now...   ;-)
