I think the bitter greens are not for you, then! But there are still a lot of good wild greens, like Wild Field Mustard (*Brassica rapa*), Lambs Quarter (*Chenopodium album*), Redroot Pigweed Amaranth (*Amaranthus retroflexus*), Purslane (*Portulaca oleracea*) -- and more!
