This looks so yummy for the tummy!!! Are you South African that you use the word braai?? :)

Also making little cuts in the lamb while brasing and putting cloves of garlic in there could also give some extra spunk even :) remove them later ofcourse

Yes, I would normally do that with the garlic and rosemary when doing a lamb roast and it most certainly does make it very tasty :)
