Now that's a pepper I could see trying and growing! Jalapeno heat is just about my speed - though our jalapenos this year were so hot I'm only using the little ones for most things because the heat is way higher than normal, hotter than seranos usually are. The kids don't go for that level. They keep smelling Ben's drying scorpion and ghost peppers and going, "TOO SPICY!!!!" I like the sound of the Trinidad perfume pepper also. The flavors of these peppers are really enjoyable but I keep wishing I could taste them instead of having the heat burn off my taste buds.
