I stayed a little over 2 months. I worked in an orphanage and school so I'm actually not joking when I say it was for breakfast lunch and dinner! I rarely ate anything else, except when I had the chance to leave a few times on weekends. 
You can have a specialty called Momo which is a delicious dumpling (meat or vegan). And then all their curries are amazing. Just throw cauliflower, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, beans, peas... whatever floats your boat in the same sauce you mentioned above and voila! (I'm a horrific cook by the way - I'm just good at eating 😉)
