Looks good! I don't use corn products in my cooking often, unless I make some nachos haha, I might try it though. Also I think that the best way to describe the process of frying cracklings (ัะบะฒะฐัะบะธ) in English would be to say "cook until crispy", I just thought I'd mention it since not many people may know what shkvarok is.
