Ingredients:
karpolya - 5 pcs
Carrots - 1 pc
nettle - beam
Eggs - 3 pcs

ketchup or tomato juice - 3 tbsp.
parsley, dill
spices to taste
salt

1. Potatoes peel and cut into cubes.
2. Grate carrots and fry in vegetable oil.

4. Cook the eggs. Cut into cubes.

5. In a saucepan pour water, add potatoes and carrots. When the potatoes are cooked add the eggs and nettle.

6. Add salt to taste, sour cream and ketchup.
