Hey Steemians! I would like to share to you one of the popular dish in the southern parts of the Philippines and consider this as one of the delicacies here in our place. You can try this if you want. Here are the procedures :

Ingredients:
        - 1 lbs pork belly
        - 1 large onion
        - 6 cloves garlic
        - 1 tablespoon black beans
       - 1 tablespoon vinegar
       - 2 tablespoon brown sugar
       - 1 cup pineapple juice
       - 2 cups of water
       - 1/2 tablespoon salt
       -1 tablespoon soy sauce
       -  2 pieces bay leaves

Procedures: 
           1. Steam the pork belly with 2 cups of water and salt for 30 minutes.
           2. Add the garlic , onions, soy sauce, vinegar, pineapple juice , black beans, brown sugar and the bay leaves.
           3.  Cook it for 1 hour over medium heat or until the pork is tender. Add water if needed.
           4. Cook it until the sauce thickens.
           5. Serve and enjoy eating.
