I think it all comes with the management. Manchester United has been a successful club throughout the years. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Manchester City flourished when the club was purchased by an Arab Billionaire. So I can understand if everything currently is business.

It's business for all the big clubs this difference is that this is bad business. You're right, the club flourished after massive investment from the UAE. Given their power and money you'd have thought those guys would know how to run a business or at the very least employ the right people to do it for them
