I think Liverpool will be fine this season without Coutinho. Every time they sell their 'best' forward, someone else steps up. Torres followed by Suarez followed by Sterling followed by Coutinho. Mane is already looking like he can be at least as effective as Coutinho next season. Firmino and Salah are on fire also. This is before whoever they buy with the £100m+ windfall... Arsenal are still playing under the old rules where you try and buy all your gems for next to nothing... those days are long gone. Even Gylfi Sigurdsson will set you back £45m!

That is sure true about the stellar lineage of talent they have had on board in recent history, but they were looking decidedly average in the first two games. Kind of typical Liverpool from last year - weak against a relegation team one week and stomp a top team into the ground the next. Not sure if that is a Klopp thing or what. I've never been a big fan of Firmino, but Salah sure looks like the real deal. Then again, what do I care - I'm a Man U fan.
