What is a jury and what is an audience? What distiguishes a difference between the two? A jury has a legal obligation to return a judgment while an audience may judge extralegally but not because they have a legal obligation. On the other hand a jury can be an audience at the same time.

What is the impact of non-verbal communication to and from an audience? Non-verbal communication can influence an audience or jury but also the reverse. If most communication is non-verbal does non-verbal communication have the greatest impact on a jury and or audience?

like you said the jury has legal obligations while the audience does not have a legal policy, the audience is just a spectator, the jury has many rights in taking the step after considering it, thank you

if the audience becomes a jury he has no guidance or has never learned how to be an interpreter and make good decisions.
if the jury who watches the normal course because the audience just watching is not necessary to take a decision,
that's my opinion ...
