there will often be emotional charges associated with the words in the phrase used to release judgements and those emotions must all be felt and allowed to move in order for real change to be felt and fully allowed. emotions though, are only responsive, so it is also possible for judgments to have meaning and presence, yet without having triggered any particular emotional response that could fuel them. judgements typically take the form of thoughts that say 'x is y' and are held in a rigid way that closes down new thoughts, emotion and potential.
a computer has no discernible emotions within it (at least i do not detect them.. yet!) - but they do facilitate the definition of meanings in a dry, logical way. meanings provide context for thoughts and understandings and also connect thoughts to definitions and other associated thoughts. feelings may also be associated to meanings, but are not inherently required to be present for meaning to exist. if the words in the judgement release phrase had not meaning without emotion, then an AI system or machine learning system would not be able to recognise them and respond in a way that we might consider intelligent and yet they can and do respond in such ways.
