@berniesanders, it made me laugh hard as well.  

Whenever I try to knock out push-ups, my two young sons run over and hop on my back.  

Instead of doing 40 or so push-ups, maybe I can do 7 with the extra 60 pounds of resistance.

So when I’m dead and flat, they begin to jump on my back.  I start laughing and they both start jumping harder and faster.  

This morning’s push-ups with my two sons made me laugh and smile big.
