I am sorry for my quiet for the past week. I went through a three day migraine then we flew to Canada for a well needed 4 day weekend with my best friend and her husband which included a lot of girl time,  a pedicure,  a massage and some fun shopping and walks. I hope all are doing well!

Thank you for always being supportive.  I become both angry and frustrated to **lose** days to this illness. A silent thief and must temper the emotion with gratitude that I lived through the accident time and again.  Today's weather shift has me in the throes again and I just want to throw a silent fit, but alas, it will do no good to. I can only be thankful they give reprieves. For every 1 migraine I lose 2 days. One to pain and the other to recovery with terrible energy loss and brain fog.  Bla! Hopefully this one departs soon since abortive taken failed. Rest, rest and more rest. Hugs
