Your mousse looks so appetizing and knowing all the ingredients are so healthy, I'd have no qualms about having it for breakfast, lunch and tea. Love the combination of macas and dates and coconut oil with the fruit. Will have to try it now. 

You're so lucky to have such wonderfully generous neighbours ~ Both the apricots and cherries look so fresh, with so much life-giving energy in them. 

I'm missing my fruit at the moment as our organic farmers' market has been on holidays over the festive season ~ I've run out and prices for organic produce in stores are prohibitive.
