***I decided today for a delicious pumpkin cream with fresh fruit, and I hope you like it!***

***Hokkaido pumpkin, filled with sun, light, healthy vitality and zest for life! You can cook delicious dishes with it; for example delicious soups, vegetable pans and much more.***

***The pumpkin was allowed to grow in accordance with nature in peaceful farming. Therefore it tastes especially good!***

#### You need the following ingredients for 4-6 persons

* 1000 g Hokkaido pumpkin
* 1 liter of water
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
* 50 g birch sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

and Fruits for garnish

Clean Hokkaido, remove seeds and cut into cubes

Cook the Hokkaido in 1 liter of water for about 10 minutes, until he is soft

Drain the cooked pumpkin in a sieve. Then puree in a bowl with the blender

Drain the pureed pumpkin in a kitchen towel overnight. Stir well with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla

Press the pureed pumpkin directly onto the dessert plate through a suitable press to "Vermicelles" and garnish with fruit as desired.
