Private blockchains will have a space in many industries given their advantages for automation and efficiency but they will never be a benefit to society which is why the fostering of public ones are important for development and adoption. A time will come when they will need to converge and be interoperable as community gain power and value due to the engagement and growth of decentralized networks.
